I spent 3 nights here and enjoyed that. Wanted to explore Tokyo and this hotel was great base for doing it. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was good. The staff I met were very amiable.

During my 4-night stay, I was impressed by how clean and cozy the Twin Room with Private Bathroom was. The communication with the owner was seamless, and small details like having extra pillows readily available made a world of difference. Plus, the hotel is just a few minutes away from Hatagaya station!

The shower pressure was excellent. There was a slight musty smell from the alleyway and the bathroom felt quite compact, which could be uncomfortable for taller guests. Nice not having to use a key to get in and out. The shower pressure was superb, and the area is chill with plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was really responsive and provided a handy recommendation list. It's a two-minute walk from the metro, super convenient 👍

Great location near Hatagaya Station for exploring Tokyo.
I found the bathroom to be cramped. The lack of a bidet was disappointing, especially in Japan where this is quite common. I also experienced some odd smells coming from the nearby alleyway, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room.

Just spent 5 nights at Port House Shibuya and loved it! Super clean and comfy room with a kitchen for easy meals. Communication with the host was easy. The location near Hatagaya Station made it simple to explore Tokyo. No onsite staff, but still a great vibe.

The location, just a few stops from a major transit station, was fantastic for exploring the city easily. The private bathroom in my room was a welcome convenience. Despite the great amenities, the shower pressure was inconsistent at times, and the lack of an onsite reception could be inconvenient for some guests. There was a lingering odor from the outside alleyway that detracted from the pleasant atmosphere.
